Daylight fluorescent pigments of the HPS series are manufactured from a thermoset copolymer based on dyed/pigmented sulfonamide-melamine-formaldehyde. Mainly recommended for solvent based paints.

Fluorescent Pigment Blue – HPS-19 is compliant with the relevant purity requirements of EU Directive 94/62/EC, U.S. CONEG Toxics in Packaging Legislation and EU Directive 2011/65/EC.
