PIGMENT YELLOW 151: TCY15101
TCY15101 is an opaque green shade benzimidazolone pigment yellow 151 with excellent fastness to light and weather, high heat stability, very good rheological characteristics and a good hiding power. It can be used at high pigment concentrations (25-30 % pigment relative to solid binder) without affecting the gloss. The main area of application is in the paint industry, recommended for all high-grade industrial paints, including automobile (O.E.M.) finishes, architectural paints and paints for commercial vehicles. TCY15101 also is used for PVC paste systems and for master batch application. Please notice that generally for all pigments yellow 151 the resistance to very strong alkalis is unsatisfactory.
TCY15101 is compliant with the relevant purity requirements of EU Directive 94/62/EC, U.S. CONEG Toxics in Packaging Legislation and EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS).
