We refrain from cruel and inhumane treatment of employees, including any form of harassment, abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal insults. We also safeguard the physical and mental health of minors, prohibit child labor, and prohibit forced or compulsory labor. Additionally, we respect employees' freedoms, guarantee freedom of employment, and freedom of association.

The company upholds integrity principles, requiring all employees to comply with business conduct standards and conscientiously adhere to anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies. Our company commissioned EcoVadis, a professional third-party CSR assessment service company, to conduct a corporate social responsibility assessment. The result: Trust Chem was awarded a bronze medal.
